Culinary Programs
These programs teach you the fundamentals of food preparation, baking and pastry arts, catering and more; all in simulated employment environments. In short, it’s cooking from soup to nuts. Graduates work as cook’s assistants, line cooks, short-order cooks, bakers, garde mangers or sous chefs in restaurants, corporate dining rooms, hospitals and catering companies.
